• Engaging Aspire LaShine creates a professional relationship with fiduciary duties — loyalty, confidentiality, disclosure, care, and accounting.
• All fees, commissions, and mortgage compensation are disclosed in writing before services are rendered.
• Disputes are governed by California law, venued in Los Angeles County, and may be subject to mediation or binding arbitration.
• Either party may terminate the relationship in writing; pending transactions and confidentiality obligations survive termination.

• We collect identifiers, transaction and financial data, browsing data, and (only when required for a transaction) sensitive data such as SSN.
• We never sell or share your sensitive personal information or SMS opt-in data.
