Aspire Solutions, APC dba Aspire LaShine ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit aspirelashine.com (the "Site"), use our services, or otherwise interact with us, in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other applicable federal and state privacy laws.

By accessing or using our Site or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

We collect the following categories of personal information in the preceding 12 months:

• Provide real estate brokerage, mortgage, and property management services
• Process and facilitate transactions and coordinate with lenders and title companies
• Respond to inquiries and deliver transaction updates and newsletters
• Comply with California DRE, NMLS, AML, and fair-housing regulations
• Analyze website usage and improve user experience
• Send marketing communications (with consent — opt out anytime)

Under CCPA/CPRA, "sale" means exchanging personal information for valuable consideration, and "sharing" means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

In the preceding 12 months we may have sold or shared Identifiers, Internet/Network Activity, and Commercial Information for advertising and analytics purposes. We do not sell or share sensitive personal information, or SMS opt-in / consent data.

Opt out at any time by emailing customerservice@aspirelashine.com or by enabling Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we honor GPC signals as valid opt-out requests.

• Other agents, brokers, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and MLS systems for transactions
• Service providers under written contracts requiring CCPA compliance
• Marketing, advertising, and analytics partners
• Legal and professional advisors; government authorities when required by law
• Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

In accordance with California's AI transparency requirements effective January 1, 2026, we disclose that our Site may use chatbots, AI-assisted property recommendations, and automated market analysis. You will be informed when you are communicating with an automated system. Some property listing images may be digitally altered or virtually staged in compliance with California AB 723 and will be clearly labeled.

We do not currently use Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) to make legally significant decisions about you.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including SSL/TLS transmission, encryption at rest, access controls, regular vulnerability testing, and staff training. No method of transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a qualifying data breach we will notify affected California residents within the timeframes required by California law.

• Real estate transaction records — 7 years (CA DRE minimum 3 years)
• MLS listing data — 3 years minimum (CA Civil Code §1088(c))
• Contact form submissions — 2 years or until request fulfilled
• Marketing subscriptions — until unsubscribe + 1 year
• Website analytics — 26 months
• Account information — duration of account + 1 year

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and may use Meta Pixel for analytics and advertising. You may opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out, NAI Opt-Out, or DAA Opt-Out.

Our Site is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers known to be under 16 without affirmative authorization.

We collect SSNs, financial account information, and government IDs only when required for real estate or mortgage transactions, and only use them for that purpose. You may request that we limit such use by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made we will update the "Last Updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
